My name is Janyelle Marie Milton founder of J Marie Premium Sneakers!

In Highschool you couldn't catch me dead in "gym shoes ", I LOVED heels! I loved the feminine way they made me look and feel. Graduating from College....not so much.

As I settled into corporate America and moved into downtown Detroit, my life became parking structures and A LOT of walking! Then came the health issues, a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and losing vision in my right eye. Quickly an heel that was once the cornerstone of my look became the cornerstone of my pain! The constant body aching, weight gain and feelings of uncomfortableness had me looking for an alternative to heels.

I tried different gym shoe brands that were either masculine, childish or too athletic and none of them fit the style that I was accustomed to.

So I ditched "gym shoes" for good and created my own PREMIUM SNEAKER brand as an alternative to heels for premium women like myself . I took the first initial of my first name and my middle name and created J. Marie Premium Sneakers! I didn't want to compromise style, comfort or quality! So now you don't either! I offer PREMIUM women sneakers that can be dressed up or down.
